Hey There, You Finally Made It!

Brendon here,

The Team and I have been waiting for you all day!

We would like to welcome you to! Now that you are here, we want to take you on a tour around the site and bring you up to speed on what we are about and what we have going on within our pages and posts.

To start, let me say that we are all happy to have you here at, and we are going to jump right into things with the My Body portion of our site. On this page we are going to discuss everything body, within reason of course.

Within the pages of this website we are going to be bringing you all sorts of informational and educational posts, along with a series of complete product reviews that will cover everything from diet and nutrition, fitness and weight loss, to physical ailments and even hobbies and crafts.

It is our goal to give you high quality, and accurate, information that is beneficial to your physical health and well being. Whether you are a woman or a man, youngster or a little more mature, you can be sure that we will have something for you!

Getting Your Grub On!

One thing that almost everyone I have ever meet has in common is, “We All Love To Eat!”. So you know we will be covering all kinds of things that are centered around food. We will be posting about recipes and cookbooks, as well as helpful diet and weight loss tactics.

As I mentioned before there will be several product reviews, in which you will be given a complete review of the chosen product, the good and the bad, so you can make an informed decision before purchasing that product.

It is my personal goal to stay as fit and active as I can, now I am in my forties so that is not always as easy as it sounds. I certainly have my struggles, and not all that long ago I really let myself go.

I suffer from a lower back injury that took place almost nine years ago, and it presents its challenges, but you see the thing was, the more I remained inactive the worse my situation became.

Then came the day when enough was enough, I forced myself to get up off of my ass and get busy living. That was a few years back and it has been a roller coaster at times, but I just make sure that I do what I can as often as I can.

It has been those struggles and moments of angst that lead me to create, you see if I can get up and make the needed changes to improve my life, than I know anyone can do it.

As the founder of this site I want to build a place where everyday people, such as you and I can find the information, the motivation, and/or the products we might need to help us live life a little better!

Bring Back My Body To Me!

Okay now for the body segment of this all. Along with all of that healthy and body friendly eating we are now doing, we can not skip the physical activity side of things. I know that not everyone likes to workout or exercise, nor does everybody even have the time to do any of that stuff in this hectic world we live in.

But make no mistake, it is on us to find the time and the information or help we need to maintain a healthy and fit body. This does not mean you have to be super skinny, or an all pro athlete, it simply means your need to take that first step!

No matter what shape you are in, or how much weight you need to lose, or gain, you can do it, and we will be right here to help you. Remember you have to crawl before you walk, and that is okay, there is no contest, Do It For You!

Do It For You!

If you to suffer from past injuries, or a current ailment we will strive to help you get through it, even if all we can do is bring you the information you might need.

You will be able to find a collection of posts that will cover exercise and physical training, stretching and yoga, and natural treatments for current physical problems as well as preventative procedures.

Basically we are going to continue to actively post anything that we think can help someone live a physically better life. You see there are many other benefits to exercise and activity than just appearance.

Start Doing It For You!

Please believe me when I tell you that I get it, I know how hard it can be, not only to start but to continue down a new path, but I promise you that once you begin, if you can stay the course, the prize is well worth it!

Listen, it doesn’t need to be like a boot camp, unless that is what you are looking for, you just have to get moving and build from there, you are not in a race. I began by walk one mile, and it was not a 5 minute mile, I assure you!

Then I added shooting free throws at the park to my mile walk, and it built to the point that I now do cardio six days a week and resistance training on four days a week.

When we take care of our physical needs even if you can only do a little at a time, something starts to happen, we start to actually get back in shape. Even if is in small increments, then we begin to do more. Our clothes start to fit better and we begin to feel better with each passing day.

Then one day you wake up, and in many cases you don’t hurt as much and you have more energy, you will begin to notice that you are happier and more confident about yourself, and people will notice!

This is a health and wellness website, and chances are that if you made it here you are looking for a solution of some sort, or knowledge of some kind. No matter what your reason we will always do our very best to deliver information that will actually help you, even if it is in one small way.

Finding Balance
