  5. The thought of only having to diet for 3 weeks sounds very tempting. While 5 to 6 meals a day sounds like a lot, it does help to speed up the metabolism by eating more often and in smaller portions.

    Appreciate the review on the 3 week diet system. As a fellow “health nut” in general I am not a big fan of quick diets. Through my experience a dedicated long term approach to health is almost always the best way to go.
    That being said I do see some value in the 3 week diet system. I think it could be of great benefit to someone who is looking to get a nice “kick start” into a new fitness program or healthier lifestyle. As you point out in your review it typically takes 21 days, or 3 weeks, to gain a new habit. This also forces someone(who is serious and brings their A game) to really dig in deep for 3 weeks and put the pedal to the metal to get their game on.

      This is very much like a lifting cycle in strength training. Every 6 to 9 weeks you should change your training style to avoid plateaus. The same approach should be followed for the 3 Week Diet program.

  12. I have recently tried a low carb diet/ketosis, and I noticed in just a few days an increase in energy and decrease in lethargy. However, I found it hard to stay on the diet for more than a week,

      As far as why it is so crucial to stick to your diet. You again have to ask your self why you started the diet in the first place. Remember we did not become over weight over night. It took time to gain the weight and so it will also take some time to lose it.

  16. Hey, this looks like a great diet plan. To lose a good amount of weight in 21 days seems very reasonable. I was wondering if the exercises that are recommended are very difficult? The system sounds like it will work and I am even tempted in giving it a try for the New Year, I know I can spare to lose 10 lbs or so.

      I am with you I need to get back on it to drop the holiday weight I have put on! The 3 Week Diet is perfect for the fast results that we all want to see. I think that is what makes it so great. It is easy to stick with something if you can see it working right away!
