    That was an interesting article. I’ve not come across anabolic running before. I’ve heard of ‘HIIT’ but I never really got into it. Might give it a try again.
    Don’t know if it’s for real or just another fad but I’ll try anything to find out for myself.
    If I had had any cash to spare I may of been tempted to buy the program.

      Glad you found the article interesting. But more importantly, I am glad I have sparked your interest in HIIT, or HIIE depending on the circles you are in. Both are one in the same, some just use the word “training” while others use “exercise”.

      Les I can definite;y assure you that these principals are not just another fad. I have been on and off with HIIT since the early 90’s. I was first introduced to while playing high school baseball. To tell the truth, it has always been a favorite of mine.

      Now that I am in my forties, and life and work get in the way. I have started to focus on HIIT workouts exclusively. First they take up way less time, and are not required as much as other disciplines of working out.

      Les I definitely recommend giving HIIT a go, and the Anabolic Running program is a great way to get started!
